Sanford Main Street publishes only aggregate measures that can be traced back to verified operational records. When a reliable number does not exist yet, we do not invent one.

Verified service hours and completed opportunities will be added when real attendance and hours data are consistently captured.

The Business Directory can verify how many published business profiles are represented. Private CRM interactions, assistance cases, contacts, financial information, and property inquiries are never exposed through impact reporting.
“Businesses assisted” will become a public metric only after assistance activity is consistently recorded and its definition is approved.
